Forget crop circles, we got gnome circles goin' on now.

Also some egghead says I'm fooling myself if I think drinking lots of water each day is going to help me out any. But I like to drink water so I'm going to keep drinking lots of it. Even if it recently occurred to me that countries rich in drinking water seem more likely to have obesity problems. And even though I saw someone declare tap water was just "recycled piss and chemicals" not too long ago. It's been hard to get that image out of my head. But I guess if it's good enough for the astronauts it's good enough for me.

Ugh. If one more person cites that lame study, why I oughta! Water = good. Water intoxication = nearly impossible. That's my scientific opinion.

You can not make yourself sick from too much water unless you try really really hard and refuse to go to the bathroom. My personal non-scientific experience is that drinking lots of water has helped me to feel better, my skin to look better, to get over illnesses faster and to do better when I work out. I've even seen it help some friends lose weight. I'm sure the quack-doctor quoted in that article would tell me my personal experiences don't add up to scientific evidence - but he seems to sorely lack scientific evidence that water *doesn't* do shit for you.

Don't drink bottled water cause it's a waste of money. Get a filter for your sink faucet or a Britta.

Hello ... by the way and thank you for adding me to your friends list :)

WATER--It's what we're made of!

Yes squamous, keep drinking that water!!
We need water, that's all there is to it. It is very important in maintaining a proper homeostasis and if you don't have enough, your hypothalmus (the front part of your brain that tells you when you are hot, cold, thirsty, hungry, sleepy, awake...et c...) will give you the wrong signals and you will just be screwed in so many ways.
It also helps flush out impurities and keeps our organs hydrated and working properly.
9 out of 10 hypothalmuses agree:
Water--It's what's for dinner!
