winning is more fun than losing

I have had way too much computer time, specifically computer time involving Warcraft III, since last night. I did win our final game tonight, which I thought was impossible for me, so that on top of being a little computer-burnt and sleepy has me feeling all giddy and addleheaded at the moment. Also my eyes hate me.

Recently two different people told me that they thought I should have a 'blog'. I had to remind them that I have no firm opinions. I may start one though - a real monument to jackassery that will revitalize this whole Internet thing and bring a new sense of purpose to all of our lives.

Speaking of these blogs, earlier today I found a link to this site which claims to offer translations of various alarming Middle Eastern (Islamic-oriented) television programs and etc (all right, I'm simplifying - you can read their mission statement here). I was looking at a few of their transcripts and had a flashback to the Jerry Springer show... like when he would bring on some horrible Klan person, and the Klan character would drag a couple of his young kids on and the poor kids would parrot the rhetoric. I wonder if parties elsewhere ever base their image of the U.S. on something like the Springer show. Hrm maybe they should.
