Yeah... I will admit that from a 'constitutional' or legal standpoint or whatever, I don't really have the basis for an opinion as to whether or not the U.S. Supreme Court should've gotten involved. I do think the whole thing is lousy and idiotic and that every last miserable fuckwit associated with the prosecution should only hope to someday have the sense to be deeply ashamed of what they've done.
The interview I saw with him said that he paid the $4000 fine but it was with money raised by the CBLDF, so that's good at least. 180 days in jail though, yikes (he got probation, but still). I just don't get it.
