According to the California election results available at cnn.com, Gary Coleman received 12,690 votes for governor. I realize that's a tiny percentage of the actual votes cast in that election, but it still means that 12,690 people bothered to go to a polling place and cast a vote for Gary Coleman. Maybe they also voted on other issues that were on the ballot. Those two propositions or whatever. I don't know.
